I first must apologize to everyone.
It's easy to get lost in the traffic of the world's pace. On an Earth where (I believe) we were all created to create, experience, and exist, we must also find a way to navigate this thing called life, all the while "putting our best professional face forward."
Today it's hard. With the changes in governmental laws, workforce efficiencies, and keeping up with the latest in Artificial Intelligence tools, I'm not sure about you, but it just seems like work is becoming scarcer by the minute. Every day, some company is laying thousands of employees off and introducing new Artificial Intelligence into their organization.
A simple workforce search will reveal to you how people who were once Directors and CEO's are now losing their homes, due the scarcity of employment. It's no joke; we are facing a workforce crisis that will severely impact the country in the next five to ten years.
In a previous post (that has since been deleted, due to the rebranding of this website), I argued that contracting will be the wave of 2026. Why is that? Well, major firms are now paying hundreds of millions of dollars in consulting fees, just for "experts" to show them how to cut costs and maximize profits and efficiencies.
I am one of those experts.

And this is where my apology comes in.
I walked away from a GS-15 position in the federal government because (to be transparent), the juice was not worth the squeeze. Not for me. I was sacrificing too much of myself; my love for spiritual living, watching my family grow older, creating the life I believe I was destined to live... I was sacrificing it all for a title and to be honest, the power that came with it. At the time, I was one of the youngest Directors in the Department of Commerce; I'd won two major government awards, and people all over the government knew who I was.
I sacrificed it all to remain true to who I was. To build something a company that would inspire the world. No one else could see it, but I could.
Everyone around me thought I was crazy; "you just gon' leave your good 'ol government job??"
YES. Yes I did, and although I loved my staff, my mentors, and those I had the privilege to know while working in the federal government, I had to follow my heart.
And 3 years later, I return with a message.
SORRY. I'M NOT SORRY AT ALL.
Hi; I'm Jay. For 17 years, I've worked with the federal government and private agencies, helping their businesses and agencies thrive. I took my career and aspirations and crafted them into a message (and a business) that I want to share with anyone who sees this.
I wish I did this shit a lot earlier.
Retirement is a JOKE.
No one truly retires.
DON'T BUY THE LIE.
